The Cumming Fairgrounds is the host of the Annual Cumming Fair, IRPA Championship Rodeo, 4th of July celebration, along with farmers markets, concerts and other festivals throughout the year. Cumming is also the county seat of Forsyth County and the Forsyth County Administration Building is located in the downtown area.
